Dean Townsend – Strategic Advisor
Starting as a trainee in 1990, Dean earned his Chartered Accountant credentials, led finance for a multinational engineering business, and then embedded executive-level finance discipline in owner-operated businesses.
Today, he helps owners and leaders build a path forward around what fits them best. He delivers integrated work where strategy, financial rigour and the people at the centre are fully aligned. The result is execution quality that holds, clear thinking under pressure and a working rhythm that leaders can sustain rather than just survive.
Most mornings start with a “board meeting” (out surfing). Many afternoons end with “professional development” (golf). Serious about outcomes. Personal, real and genuine.
